The format is informal, bring chairs, a hat, a bag lunch and water, and call the host if you want to have your horse trimmed. If you are bringing a horse, please bring a water bucket, hay and be prepared to buy boots if the horse is shod.

We generally start at 10:00 am on the first day and 9:00 am on the second, and finish between 5 and 7 pm. We sometimes have dinner together on the first night.
